1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AniWorld TCG (the "Bot", the "Service", "we", "us"), including this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

AniWorld TCG is a Discord-based anime trading card game. It offers card collecting and banner pulls, PvP battles (duels, ranked, tournaments), PvE content (dungeons, tower, raids), clans, quests, daily/weekly rewards, a virtual economy, and optional premium features.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must have a valid Discord account and meet Discord's minimum age (13, or higher where required by local law).
• Your AniWorld account is created with /start. Each Discord user may only have one account.
• You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. Account sharing or selling is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, tamper with, overload or disrupt the Bot, the website or their infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, self-bots or scripts, or exploit bugs for an unfair advantage.
• Manipulate the game economy, rankings or rewards, or engage in fraud or scams.
• Harass, abuse or impersonate other users or staff, or spam commands or messages.

5. Virtual Currency & Items

The Service uses virtual currencies (such as Gems, Coins, Premium Coins and Tickets) and virtual items (cards, items and other collectibles). These are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred outside the Service.

We may modify, rebalance, remove or reset virtual items and currencies at any time to keep the game healthy and fair.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time.
• Virtual currency and premium benefits are delivered as soon as payment succeeds. Unless required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Benefits are linked to your Discord roles in the official server, are synced automatically, and may be modified or discontinued.
• Chargebacks or suspected payment fraud may lead to suspension and the reversal of benefits obtained from the disputed payment.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bot, the website, their code, design and branding belong to AniWorld TCG or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission. Anime characters and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. AniWorld TCG is a fan project and is not affiliated with any anime studio. If you are a rights holder and want content removed, email aniworldtcg@gmail.com with proof of ownership and we will act promptly.

You keep ownership of content you submit (such as bios or clan names) and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Service.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance or updates. We may add, change or remove features, rules or systems at any time. Significant changes will be announced in the official server when possible.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, for suspicious or abusive behaviour, for legal reasons, or to protect the Service and its players. On termination your virtual items and currency may be forfeited. We may keep certain data where required by law.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for the loss of virtual items, currency or data, or for service interruptions. In any case our liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AniWorld TCG collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Discord bot and this website. We do not sell your personal data and we do not read your private conversations.

2. Information We Collect

Discord account information: your Discord user ID, username and avatar. When you log in on this website with Discord, we only request the identify scope.

Game data: your profile, balances (gems, coins, tickets and so on), card collection, pulls and pity, battle and ranked history, clan membership, quests, missions and leaderboard positions.

Payment data: transaction records (product, amount, date). Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Technical data: command usage, error logs and performance metrics, used to keep the Service stable and to detect abuse.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the game: process commands, manage your collection and currencies, run battles and deliver rewards.
• Process purchases, premium subscriptions and role-based benefits.
• Prevent fraud, cheating and abuse, and enforce our Terms and Game Rules.
• Fix bugs, improve performance and design new features.
• Send service announcements and respond to support requests.

4. Cookies

The bot itself does not use cookies. This website uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in after Discord login. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We only share what is necessary with:

• Discord, for authentication and bot functionality.
• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Top.gg, for vote verification and rewards.
• Our hosting providers, to run the Service.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the Service and its players.

6. Data Retention

• Game data is kept while your account is active. Inactive accounts may be archived after 12 months.
• Technical logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.
• Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 7 years).
• When you request deletion, your data is permanently removed, except where we must keep it by law. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, regular backups and security updates to protect your data. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you without undue delay and within 72 hours where required.

8. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. EU/EEA residents have these rights under the GDPR, and California residents have similar rights under the CCPA. To exercise them, open a ticket in the official server or email aniworldtcg@gmail.com with your Discord user ID. We aim to respond within 48 hours and always within the legal deadline. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Legal Basis

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the game and purchases), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and improving the Service), to meet legal obligations (tax records), and, where required, with your consent.

10. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents or guardians who believe a child has used the Service can contact us to have the data deleted.

11. International Transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country, for example by our payment or hosting providers. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with the GDPR.

12. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Service or the law. Updates are posted on this page, and significant changes are announced in the official server.
